A growing engineering support organisation is looking for a Reliability Engineer to help deliver asset care and reliability improvement programmes across major food manufacturing sites.
You’ll work closely with site leadership and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability, maintenance strategy and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) across high-volume production environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead asset care and reliability improvement programmes across multiple sites
* Implement reliability methodologies such as RCM, FMECA and Root Cause Analysis
* Coach and support site engineering teams
* Improve MTBF, MTTR, maintenance compliance and equipment performance
* Support adoption of CMMS and condition monitoring tools
* Track and report reliability KPIs
What We’re Looking For
* Experience as a Reliability Engineer, Maintenance Engineer or Asset Care specialist
* Background within FMCG or food manufacturing
* Knowledge of RCM, TPM, FMECA or RCA
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Willingness to travel 2–3 days per week
