Each year we offer internship opportunities, and we are keen to hear from you if you are currently studying an undergraduate degree and are looking to complete a 13‑month placement.

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars – Goodwood – Internal Communications – 12 Month Placement (July 2026)
A creative and enthusiastic student is required to join Internal Communications - based at the Home of Rolls-Royce in Goodwood.
What awaits you?
1. Supporting Internal Communications and also the broader Corporate Communications team
2. Drafting communications materials and delivering a variety of messages through different channels
3. Project management / tracking of project status
4. Presentation production, generation of collateral (documents, spreadsheets etc.) and general administration where specific to projects
5. Assisting with video production
6. Supporting in events
7. Budgeting & analysis
What should you bring along?
8. Studying towards a Bachelor’s degree, in one or more of the following: internal communications, public relations, corporate communications, business studies, marketing, communications or any other relevant degrees and you are on track to achieve a 2:2.
9. Fluent English
10. Excellent writing and presentation skills, across a wide range of media
11. Excellent administration/project management/organisational/IT skills
12. Target driven with proven ability to deliver on time, to budget when under pressure
13. Fluency in all current and developing social media platforms
14. Passion for automotive and luxury brands

What can you look forward to?
20. Great Pay – A competitive annual salary of £27,000, 27 days holiday per annum (pro rata to your contract) and an attractive pension scheme.
