Quality Assurance Consultant
Opportunity for a Quality Assurance Consultant to join our Fire Risk Management team. This role offers a chance to be part of a successful, engaging Fire Safety team in an influential position.
You will support our Fire Risk Management business across the UK, working collaboratively within the Fire Division to enhance our quality management and project delivery.
The role is suitable for those transitioning from operational assessing to an assurance role, primarily home-based with occasional office visits. Travel may be required for meetings, conferences, and training, possibly overnight.
We are seeking candidates with experience in fire safety within the built environment, including construction stage inspections of compartmentation, passive fire protection, or external wall remediation.
Requirements include:
* Passion for fire risk management focusing on end-user safety
* Experience in fire risk management consultancy in the UK
* Fire risk assessment qualification
* Knowledge of guidance documents and performance-based design measures
* Commitment to professional development and industry updates
* Membership or working towards membership of recognized fire safety schemes
Additional skills:
* Effective project management and organizational skills
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Attention to detail in reviewing assessments
* Ability to mentor and develop team members
* Experience with app-based technology
