What will you be doing?
You will begin your Prodrive career with a 2-year graduate development scheme with continual professional and technical mentorship. You'll:
* Work on a variety of live projects:
o Our team will be counting on your work
o Your output will be delivered to customers
* Learn how a fast-paced engineering business works:
o How it delivers to its customers via unique processes and teamwork aligned to systems engineering principles and practices
o How different functional areas work together—from business development, commercial, programmes, design & engineering, manufacturing, workshop, inspection, machine shop, and more. You will be placed on secondments to the various departments, completing specific graduate development activities
o How customer ideas are translated into functional solutions
* Learn about yourself and your development path according to our proven development framework:
o Managing your time effectively while working concurrently on multiple projects
o Teamwork, communication, and stakeholder management in a professional setting
o Appropriate training for specific tasks
o Finding your area of future specialisation
o Supported in learning and development by various staff
o Encouraged to acquire professional registration within an appropriate body
o Working in a professional, relaxed and supportive environment
Who are we looking for?
* A Masters/Bachelors degree or equivalent within a field of Engineering is essential.
* An individual with a strong involvement in projects is preferred.
* You will have effective spoken and written communication skills.
* The ability to operate both independently and in a collaborative, team environment.
* You will possess excellent organisation, prioritisation, and coordination skills.
* An ability to work effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment with proficiency in working under pressure.
