The Team
The Corporate Tax team at EY supports a diverse portfolio of entrepreneurial, owner-managed, PE-backed, and AIM-listed businesses, along with multinational inbound and PLCs groups shareholders. We aim to be trusted advisors, delivering a full suite of corporate tax advisory and compliance services. Our work includes:
1. Compliance and reporting
2. Group reorganisations and restructurings
3. Transaction structuring and support
4. Ongoing tax advisory services related to day-to-day operations
What You’ll Do
5. Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients
6. Proactively develop business and contribute to winning new work
7. Lead the successful delivery of advisory projects, ensuring technical excellence and commercial awareness
8. Supervise, coach, and mentor junior team members
9. Contribute to training, retention, and wider people initiatives
Qualifications and Experience:
10. ACA / CTA / Tax Inspector qualification (or equivalent)
11. Proven experience in corporate tax advisory and compliance
12. Business development experience, with the ability to identify and convert opportunities
13. Demonstrated project management and stakeholder relationship skills
