As a Support Worker, you will:
9. Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and household tasks
10. Provide companionship and emotional support
11. Help clients maintain their independence and well-being
12. Support clients in community activities and appointments
13. Safely assist clients with mobility using Moving & Handling techniques
14. Support individuals who present with challenging behaviour, using a calm, professional, and person-centred approach
Requirements:
15. At least 6 months of UK-based experience in care and support work
16. Experience working with challenging behaviour and confidence in supporting individuals with complex needs
17. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
18. Driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
