We are looking for an experienced
Digital Recruitment Manager
to join our Resourcing team. Working alongside another Digital Recruitment Manager, you'll provide resourcing guidance and campaign management to hiring managers within the Digital directorate. Your focus will be to recruit for hard-to-fill digital roles, designing strategies to attract diverse, high-calibre talent to digital roles.
This role requires an experienced, forward-thinking recruiter with an understanding of the digital market. You'll play a pivotal role in positioning Companies House as an employer of choice in a competitive digital market.
The Resourcing team at Companies House is a dynamic, people-focussed function responsible for delivering recruitment strategies across the organisation. We work closely with HR colleagues and hiring managers to ensure we source the right skills for our teams to thrive.
