What’s involved?
With previous experience as a Director of Sales for a prestigious hotel or hospitality venue, you’ll lead the hotel’s sales team by:
10. Being the face of the hotel for new business opportunities, representing the hotel at high-profile trade shows, exhibitions, and local events.
11. Showcasing our stunning property through confident, personalised show rounds for prospective corporate and leisure clients.
12. Shaping commercial strategy by playing a key role in bi-weekly forecast meetings and contributing fresh ideas to drive revenue growth.
13. Uncovering exciting sales opportunities by proactively targeting new business across corporate, conference, group, and leisure markets.
14. Keeping the pipeline thriving by updating the CRM with meaningful insights, lead follow-ups, and client interactions.
15. Bring events to life by helping source inspiring speakers, supporting our cookery school, and collaborating on impactful marketing campaigns – with full ownership of the sales & marketing budget line.
