Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a Commercial Property Solicitor on behalf of our Northampton-based client.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Commercial Property Solicitor to join a busy, legally recognized team, based at their Kettering office.
The firm is well established and expanding, offering numerous opportunities for growth and progression.
Experience Required:
* Individuals with 0 to 3 years PQE will be considered.
* You will have the opportunity to work independently, manage your own caseload, and have direct client contact from start to finish.
* You will benefit from guidance and support from the wider Commercial Property team, including 6 Partners.

This role offers a voice for your ideas, with scope for a challenging yet supported career. You will also receive support from their award-winning Marketing Team for business development.
Scope of work:
You’ll work on various property matters, including but not limited to:
* Leases
* Freehold property
* Agricultural property
* Acting for SIPPs/SASSs, corporates, individuals
* Dealing with commercial lenders
* Option Agreements, Promotion Agreements, and Overage
And other aspects of commercial property work.

* Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
