Nixon McQuade are working with a leading national law firm in Belfast City Centre who are seeking to appoint a Commercial Solicitor to join their growing commercial team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor to work on a broad range of technology, commercial, and data-related matters while advising a diverse client base including national and international businesses.
The Role:
* Drafting and negotiating technology and IT contracts
* Software development and licensing agreements
* SaaS, cloud and outsourcing agreements
* Data protection and GDPR compliance
* E-commerce and digital platform agreements
* Commercial contracts and strategic technology projects
The Person:
* 2–5 years PQE
* Experience in Commercial Contracts
* Strong drafting and negotiation skills
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* A commercial mindset with the ability to provide pragmatic advice to clients
