Hews Recruit are currently working with a leading construction consultancy who are are seeking an experiencedSenior Consultant or Associate Director to lead and expand theirPFIHealth & Safety auditing and compliance service.
They are looking for a commercially astute individual with a deep understanding ofPFIoperational obligations, strong client-facing capability, and the ambition to grow into an Associate position and beyond based on performance and contribution to the business.
You would play a pivotal role in project delivery, business growth, client leadership, team development, and service innovation.
Day to day you will:
1. Act as primary client lead for keyPFIclients, building long-term relationships and serving as a trusted advisor on compliance, risk, and contractual obligations.
