Deputy School Club Manager
Location: Belmont Ln, Chislehurst BR7 6BL
Hours: Up to 22 hours per week during term-time (provision operates 7:30-9:30am &3pm-6pm) and up to 40 hours during school holidays
Up to £14ph (dependent on qualifications and experience)
We are recruiting for the leading provider of out of school hours childcare for primary school children in the UK. This company continues to grow in size, quality and scope every year and are looking for someone who is passionate about children’s play and activity.
As a Deputy School Club Manager, you will support the management of all day-to-day aspects of running the clubs at your school, including planning activities, scheduling, people management, and managing school relationships. You will also have the opportunity to work in the holidays as part of activity and sport camps.
Ideally, you will have experience in:
* Leading a Team: Supporting your School Club Manager to lead staff in delivering a fun and safe programme, following policies and procedures, and ensuring a happy, motivated environment for children and staff.
* Inspiring Others: Providing an inclusive, fun, and engaging environment for children, inspiring them to explore interests and think big.
* Processes and Organising: Planning daily and weekly activities, and ensuring systems and procedures are followed for safety.
* Effective Communication: Ensuring clear communication between all stakeholders including the School Club Manager, venue, team, parents, and support teams.
* Leading Play & Activities: Creating a fun, energetic, and structured environment for children to develop and grow.
