Job Description
3. Monitor and manage client accounts to ensure timely payments and minimise overdue balances.
4. Communicate effectively with clients regarding outstanding invoices and payment terms.
5. Reconcile accounts and resolve payment discrepancies promptly.
6. Generate and distribute client statements and reports as required.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve billing queries.
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions and communications.
9. Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports related to credit control activities.
10. Provide support to the accounting and finance department as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Control professional should have:
