A little more about the role:
In this role you will support the development and monitoring of strategic plans and key performance data. You will be expected to provide insightful data analysis to inform key decisions within the Faculty. Other tasks include project work, performance monitoring, operational support and statutory returns. You will be responsible for writing and analysing management information, identifying trends and making recommendations. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and processes, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. From market insight to performance benchmarking, your work will help shape the future of our academic portfolio.
We're looking for someone who has:
1. Experience using excel or PowerBi, including complex, multi-layered spreadsheets or reports.
2. Ability to produce digestible and actionable reports and presentations for varied audiences.
3. A proven ability to manage competing priorities and expectations.
4. Strong statistical analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights.
5. Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels, building effective working relationship.
You will be welcomed into the Faculty Planning Team that support the Arts and Humanities Faculty and is part of the wider University's Strategic Planning Directorate. We implement the delivery of institutional strategy through oversight of the planning process, KPI monitoring, assessing risk, and strategy developments.
