Your new role In your accounts senior job role, you will be responsible for preparing year-end, management accounts, VAT and taxreturns, supporting the partner with a diverse portfolio of corporate andnon-for-profit clients. This will eventually transition into your own portfolioof clients which you will then be responsible for growing. Day-to-day dutieswill also include taking an active role in supporting the more junior traineeswithin the firm, providing on the job training further down the line. This is avaried role, meaning there is the additional opportunity get involved withaudits and other financial business requirements as well as your accounts work.You will also be required to develop strong client knowledge and represent thefirm professionally to build strong client relationships. What you'll need to succeed The firm is seeking a professional senioraccountant who possesses previous experience within practice, preparingstatutory accounts, management accounts, tax and VAT return as well as someexposure to training junior team members. You will be ACA/ACCA qualified. Tosucceed in this role, you will need strong knowledge of accountancy softwarewhilst being keen to learn and progress professionally within the firm, whichwill allow you to benefit from the comprehensive support on offer.
