Admissions Support Administrator - Bournemouth - Temp - £13.26 per hour
A temporary Admissions Support Administrator is required for our client based in Bournemouth. This role is to join a busy admissions team and provide vital administrative support during a peak project period.
What you will be doing:
* Managing a shared inbox and responding to applicant queries in a timely and professional manner
* Supporting key admissions processes such as DBS checks and Occupational Health checks
* Assisting with the organisation of student induction activities and enrolment processes
* Handling incoming enquiries from clearing applicants and providing relevant information
* Maintaining accurate records on the student database system
What we're looking for:
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to navigate and use student record systems or similar databases
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle a high volume of queries efficiently
* Experience with admissions processes is desirable, but a fast learner with attention to detail is equally valued
* Ability to follow processes accurately and work both independently and as part of a team
