We are working with a well established and respected manufacturing business in the Bridlington area that supplies high quality products to major UK and international retail and foodservice markets. This is a Monday to Friday days role with an 1430 finish every day, offering a strong work life balance compared with many traditional engineering shift patterns. The Role Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will provide electrical maintenance support across the site, ensuring machinery and equipment remain reliable and production downtime is minimised. You will work closely with production teams and contractors to maintain plant performance, respond to breakdowns and support ongoing improvements across the facility. Responsibilities Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on production equipment Ensure machinery is operating safely and efficiently Support production teams with machinery faults and setups Complete maintenance records and job sheets Maintain high standards of housekeeping and safety Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site Requirements Engineering qualification such as BTEC, NVQ or City & Guilds in Electrical or Maintenance Engineering 18th Edition or equivalent electrical qualification Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment would be beneficial Strong organisational skills and ability to manage workloads Good communication skills and ability to work within a team environment Working Hours Monday to Friday 05:00 14:30 - (with 2 x 30 minute breaks) 47.5 hours per week (42.5 working) Benefits £41,636 salary Weekly pay 20 days holiday plus bank holidays Death in service scheme Pension If you are an electrically biased maintenance engineer looking for a stable days role with an early finish each day, please apply for further details.
