Head of Landlord Compliance – Bromford, Norfolk, England, United Kingdom
We are Flagship Homes, a social housing provider. We are looking for a Head of Landlord Compliance for our team. This is a permanent 37‑hour week, Monday‑Friday role with agile working.
Base Pay Range
£65,000.00 – £69,000.00 per annum
Roles & Responsibilities
As the Head of Landlord Compliance, you’ll be responsible for all Landlord Health and Safety matters, ensuring our homes and communal areas remain safe for tenants, contractors and the public. Key duties include:
* Ensuring full compliance with legislation surrounding Landlord H&S, including the Building Safety Act.
* Liaising with safety enforcement agencies and fire authorities to maintain best practices.
* Overseeing component servicing and monitoring, ensuring compliance with Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM) and using performance metrics to improve operations.
* Advising the Board and maintaining high customer service standards, while staying updated on regulatory changes.
* Managing the overall performance of the team to deliver outstanding customer service, wisely manage expenditures and relentlessly improve performance across all aspects of operations.
Qualifications
Applicants should have extensive experience providing high‑quality Landlord compliance services and a deep understanding of the affordable housing sector. Specific requirements:
* Knowledgeable about the Housing Health & Safety Rating System and other key regulations related to Landlord compliance and safety.
* Experience in strategy development and crafting detailed board reports with clear data and analysis.
* Experienced leader, promoting a culture of growth and high performance within the department.
* Educated to a degree standard or equivalent and holding an asset management or landlord compliance qualification or significant relevant experience.
* Full valid UK driving licence.
