📚 Your Role as a Nursery Room Leader
As a Nursery Room Leader, you will:
* Lead the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities using Bee Curious, our very own curriculum.
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children.
* Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration.
* Oversee the development and wellbeing of children, ensuring their progress is tracked and communicated with parents.
* Act as the Key Person, ensuring the holistic development and personal care needs of a group of children.
* Ensure health and safety standards are met, maintaining a clean and secure environment.

To thrive in this role, you should have:
* A Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
* Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience preferred (ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner).
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
