About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing health supplement company and take ownership of a seven-figure Amazon retail channel with the goal of scaling it significantly over the next three years.
This role will be remote 4 days per week and in the office (Brighton) one day a week.
The ideal candidate will bring experience managing Performance Marketing efforts and have the skillset to be incredibly data driven. Amazon experience is a plus but not a mandatory skill for the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Management:
* Develop and execute paid media strategies for the Amazon channel.
* Partner with internal teams to design campaigns focused on user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
* Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and audience targeting to improve ad relevance and performance.
Budgeting & Performance Monitoring:
* Manage and optimize ad spend to maximize ROI and efficiency.
* Analyse campaign performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CAC, etc.) and report on key KPIs.
* Adjust budgets and bids dynamically based on performance data and market trends.
Creative Development & Coordination:
* Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages.
* Ensure brand consistency across all campaigns and touchpoints.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
* Build dashboards and maintain reporting systems for tracking sales performance, customer acquisition costs, and campaign ROI.
* Provide actionable insights through detailed analysis of customer behaviour, product performance, and marketing effectiveness.
* Conduct advanced analysis of customer lifetime value (LTV), retention, and segmentation to drive strategic initiatives.
Stay Updated on Amazon Trends & Best Practices:
* Monitor the latest developments in Amazon Advertising and e-commerce.
* Advise on new ad formats, tools, and strategies to leverage opportunities on the platform.
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing Performance Marketing.
* Expertise in Advertising platforms
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on large data sets.
* Experience with A/B testing, bid management, and performance tracking.
* Familiarity with Amazon, Google or Meta ad platforms is a plus but not essential.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
* Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
