Key Responsibilities:
* Exceed guest expectations daily
* Lead the team to deliver outstanding service

* Manage cash and stock control
* Handle bookings, rota planning, cellar management, and deputize in the manager’s absence
Previous experience as an Assistant Manager is essential; further training will be provided through the McMullen GROW Programme.
