About the role
Iceni Primary Academy is looking to appoint a passionate and dedicated Apprentice Learning Support Assistant. We welcome applications from outstanding individuals looking for a new challenge to join us at our engaging, primary academy.
Responsibilities
* Support pupils by assisting during individual work, small-group tasks, and whole-class activities.
* Contribute to developing pupils’ learning and development, applying understanding of child development and how children learn.
* Demonstrate excellent organisational and interpersonal skills; work proactively and independently when required; relate well to visitors, staff, and students.
Qualifications and attributes
* Experience of working with young people and children;
* Understanding of child development and learning processes;
* Ability to engage with and support students to reach their potential;
* Positive, committed, and passionate about education and making a difference.
