Our client is looking for a Employee Relations Specialist to join their dynamic HR team and play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience. This role will be based on their site in Filton, it is a 6 month contract role with the potential of extension. As the Employee Relations Specialist you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support on a wide range of employee relations matters. This includes advising on disciplinary procedures, grievances, performance management, and flexible working arrangements. You will also contribute to the development and review of HR policies, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
