As the HR Operations Manager, you'll be a vital member of our team, reporting directly to the Head of HR. You'll serve as the primary liaison between managers and employees, providing expert assistance and problem-solving guidance.
Your main objective will be to deliver comprehensive HR support across the organisation, covering areas such as employee benefits administration, recruitment, payroll, and compliance with employment laws. Additionally, you'll handle disciplinary and grievance matters with care and efficiency.

Experience:
* The role will require a CIPD level 5 or above.
* Ideally 3 years experience within a HR Management.
* Maintain the HR Database including sick absence reporting.
* Maintain SAGE updates.
* Process (as required) weekly and monthly payroll including statutory year end returns and P60s.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people within and outside the organisation
* Experience of prioritising a busy workload, ensuring deadlines are met.
* Accuracy and good attention to detail.
* Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
* PC literacy and experience with MS Office applications.
* Strong ethics, integrity, and trust.
