Engagement Manager – Capgemini
In this crucial role as an Engagement Manager, you’ll work with our Capgemini team supporting our public sector client and other customers. This is an exciting time as we support large‑scale client transformation across a wide range of technologies. You will lead high‑visibility, strategically important projects managing complex dependencies across multiple teams, delivering value through effective project execution, and supporting continuous improvement.
Hybrid working: The places you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of company offices, client sites, and your home. You will be unable to work from home 100% of the time.

Responsibilities
* Lead the execution and delivery of projects using agile methodologies, driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, establish delivery rhythms, manage risks and dependencies, and remove blockers.
* Ensure deliverables meet quality standards appropriate to their stage and are completed on time.
* Build and maintain stakeholder relationships through effective communication and engagement.
* Lead and motivate multi‑discipline teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
* Foster a productive and collaborative working environment.
* Forecast and manage resource requirements to support project delivery.
* Provide clear reporting and data to support communication with senior stakeholders.
* Manage project budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting, value delivery, and change control.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in project and engagement management, ideally across multiple concurrent initiatives.
* Strong understanding of agile delivery practices and project lifecycle management.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to lead and support diverse teams in a dynamic environment.
* Experience in resource planning and budget management.
Security Clearance
To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to be eligible for Security Check (SC) clearance. To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last five years, along with other criteria and requirements. Throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility, such as country of residence and nationality. Some posts are restricted to sole UK nationals for security reasons.
