What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth property transactions by supporting a Conveyancing Team Leader and wider conveyancing team.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Managing client files and due diligence checks
* Preparing legal documents and correspondence
* Ordering property searches and issuing contract packs
* Liaising with clients and third parties
* Assisting with completions and post-completion tasksHandling general admin duties to keep everything running efficiently
About You
* 1+ years’ experience in a conveyancing paralegal or legal assistant position
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Confident communicator with a proactive attitude
* Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel
