Salary: £25,000 Basic + £33,000 OTE (Uncapped Commission)

Our client a fast-growing, well-established business solutions provider is expanding their sales team and looking for confident, ambitious Sales Development Representatives to help drive new business.

The Opportunity:
* Be the first voice prospects hear opening doors, creating opportunities, and fueling the sales engine
* Focus on high-energy outbound calling and building rapport with decision-makers
* Set up quality opportunities for the wider sales team
* Work with provided data, not cold lists

Key Responsibilities:
* Make high-volume outbound calls to business decision-makers
* Introduce professional business solutions with confidence
* Qualify prospects and book appointments for Sales Consultants
* Accurately update CRM with outcomes and insights
* Consistently work towards clear, achievable targets
* Represent the business with professionalism and energy
What Were Looking For:
* Experience in outbound sales, telesales, lead generation, or appointment setting (preferred but not essential)
* OR a strong desire to break into B2B sales
* Confident, clear, and persuasive telephone manner
* Resilient, driven, and motivated by results and earnings
* Comfortable handling objections and staying positive
* Strong communication and listening skills
* Basic IT skills and CRM familiarity
