Apprenticeship Summary
* Salary: £13,728 per year (based on £8.00 per hour)
* Working Week: Monday to Friday, 9am - 3.30pm (30‑minute break)
* Hours: 30 hours per week
* Training: Online apprenticeship training supported by experienced tutors
* Qualification: Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard
* Location: 2nd Floor Waitrose Distribution Centre, Eaton Avenue, Chorley, PR7 7NA
Main Duties
* General administrative tasks to keep the company moving forward
* High accuracy data inputting
* Resolution of various IT user support issues
* Send customer feedback surveys and manage the responses
* Produce any documentation or correspondence to the company standard
* Achieve individual and team KPIs and SLAs
* Deal with inbound and outbound calls and other incoming enquiries from customers in a professional manner
* Accurate information capture to update our claims handling system and third party portals accordingly
* To undertake any other duties consistent with the role
