This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) and will require travel across supported living sites in the West Midlands and Staffordshire area— a driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
What We’re Looking For:
* Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards it)
* Previous experience as a Registered Manager or strong Deputy looking to step up
* Solid background in supported living or complex care environments
* In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and supported living frameworks
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* A person-centred approach with a strong commitment to dignity, inclusion, and positive outcomes

Key Responsibilities:
* Overall management of supported living services across the designated areas
* Lead, develop and supervise staff teams to deliver consistent, person-centred care
* Ensure services are fully compliant with CQC and internal quality standards
* Build and maintain strong relationships with families, external professionals, and commissioners
* Drive continuous improvement and service development
* Oversee risk assessments, care planning, and safeguarding processes
* Promote independence, choice, and a fulfilling quality of life for those supported
