School Administrator
Location: Solihull | Full-Time
PK Education are recruiting for an organised, proactive, and friendly School Administrator to join a busy primary school team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment and play a key role in the smooth running of school operations.
The Role:
Providing day-to-day administrative support across the school office
Managing correspondence, phone calls, and emails efficiently
Maintaining pupil records, admissions, and attendance data
Supporting the school leadership team with administrative tasks
Assisting with scheduling meetings, events, and communications
Ensuring office systems are well-organised and compliant with school policies
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have previous experience in an administrative or office role, preferably within a school setting
Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Have strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and school management systems
Be a confident communicator with staff, parents, and external agencies
Be proactive, flexible, and able to prioritise tasks effectively
