We are working with a highly reputable, family-run dealer group in the South East London area that is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer service and looking to progress into a Service Manager position within the next 12 months.

The Role
As Senior Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from initial booking through to vehicle collection.Key Responsibilities
* Managing customer bookings for servicing and repairs
* Communicating vehicle issues effectively with the workshop team
* Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process
* Preparing estimates and invoices
* Explaining completed work clearly and professionally
* Identifying upselling opportunities where appropriate
* Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Organised with excellent attention to detail
* Comfortable working in a busy environment
* Experience using garage management systems and IT systems
* Positive and professional attitude
* Ambition to progress into a management role
