The Finance, Commercial, Sustainability and Property (FCSP) Directorate manages, oversees, and analyzes the Agency's financial and commercial activity. By reporting on our current position, forecasting future budgets, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders, we actively contribute to understanding the agency's performance and shaping its financial future.
The role is within the Project & National Interest Case Finance Business Partner Team, which provides project finance advice to key stakeholders and Senior Leaders across a growing project portfolio. We are recruiting a Level 7 Apprenticeship Cost Centre Manager within the Insolvency Service's FCSP directorate. This is a rewarding role within an established team of finance professionals.
Alongside your role, you will be committed to completing a full Level 7 Accountancy Professional apprenticeship, which involves studying towards and completing the CIMA professional qualification within a maximum of 36 months, depending on current qualifications. The apprenticeship is fully funded and a contractual obligation. Candidates who are partway through or have completed their studies will also be considered. If the candidate is too far through their studies to complete the Level 7 qualification via an apprenticeship, a fully-funded non-apprenticeship role may be offered.
The post is full-time (36/37 hours per week). Part-time applications will be considered, provided the working hours meet the role and apprenticeship demands.
