Food and Beverage Supervisor - Holiday Inn London - Gatwick Airport - Gatwick
Salary: 27,453.92 per annum / 13.19 per hour plus service charge, 40 hours per week
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience, delivering exceptional service and ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience. Responsibilities
* Oversee the Food and Beverage team as they carry out their duties
* Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests in an efficient and pleasant manner
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally
* Support the Food and Beverage team in all operational duties, including setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with inventory management
* Assist in the coordination and execution of events and special functions
* Ensure all areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all times
Requirements / Desired Skills
* Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is desirable but not mandatory
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high standards
* Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
