You will be working on behalf of our clients to contact customers who have fallen into arrears to establish their situation, affordability & account resolution.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nâ¢\tInbound & outbound calls\nâ¢\tOffering solutions and advice to deal with customersâ financial situation\nâ¢\tAssessing a customerâs affordability\nâ¢\tIdentify & manage vulnerable customers\nâ¢\tTaking payments and setting up payment plans\nâ¢\tNegotiating the settlement of outstanding customer debt\nâ¢\tWork towards performance and quality targets\nâ¢\tManage customer accounts on the computer whilst speaking on the phone\n\nWhat will you get?\nâ¢\tYearly Salary starting at £27,300 (£14 per hour)\nâ¢\tOTE of £31,500\nâ¢\tPerformance Bonus (paid monthly)\nâ¢\tHome working can be discussed on a case to case basis\nâ¢\tStructured career progression to move into a higher-level position\nâ¢\t28 Days Paid Holiday with opportunity to earn additional leave based on tenure.\n Successful candidates will develop valuable communication, negotiation, customer support and financial administration skills within a professional office environment.\n\nYou will also be working towards achieving your Diploma in Customer Service at SCQF 6. â¢\tPersonality is important â Listening & questioning skills, empathy, building rapport\nâ¢\tUpbeat, enthusiastic and friendly people\nâ¢\tMotivated to give excellent customer service\nâ¢\tPeople who want to learn, grow & progress\nâ¢\tBe confident using a computer and phone\nâ¢\tAbility to work independently & also in a team\n
