Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: North London (on-site / office based)
Salary Package: £50,000-£55,000 Base + Variable Bonus + Benefits.

· New Sales Manager position to drive proactive sales and lead conversion in EMEA region.
The Role:
· Managing the EMEA sales team of 7x Sales Executives based in their London office.
· Hands on leadership to include, target setting, performance management and upskilling.
· Take a data led approach to team performance, looking for areas for improvement.
· Driving your personal and team sales activity within the region in order to hit target quota.
· Reporting directly to the Managing Director with pipeline generation and sales forecasts.
The Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years of B2B consultative sales experience is required.
· Minimum 2 years of B2B sales leadership experience is required.
· Demonstrable track record in sales performance both personal and team achievement.
· Structured, organized and inspirational sales leadership style required.
· Comfortable with a full-time, on-site role in a North London office.
The Process:
1. 45 min video call with Managing Director.
2. 60 min face to face meeting with MD and SLT.
3. 30 min call with HR.
