MCS Group is delighted to be working alongside a leading luxury retailers across the UK and Ireland to recruit a Marketing Project Executive to join the team to support and deliver key brand, marketing, and operational projects that enhance the market presence and retail partnerships.
This role will play a central role in coordinating and delivering marketing and brand initiatives across multiple channels and physical brand touchpoints. This is a varied, hands‑on role suited to someone highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
You will support campaign delivery across digital, print, and physical brand environments while working closely with internal teams, external vendors, and creative partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, on brand, and to a high standard.
Current Key Projects
* Managing the fit‑out of a new showroom, including vendor selection, design coordination, and overseeing project delivery; overseeing the fit‑out and preparation of a new branded project
* Coordinating the preparation, design, and print production of two new brochures, one for a new product range and one for a sister brand
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and physical channels
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and supplier coordination to ensure successful delivery
* Support product launches, promotions, and retailer‑led marketing initiatives
* Coordinate marketing collateral production including brochures, point‑of‑sale materials, and promotional assets
* Support planning, scheduling, and publishing of content across social media platforms
* Assist with maintaining consistent messaging across digital channels
* Monitor trends, platform developments, and competitor activity
* Assist with building and coordinating email campaigns
* Collaborate on messaging, visuals, and campaign performance reporting
* Support updates and content creation for website and CMS platforms
* Support content capture from events, showroom activity, and brand initiatives
* Track and report on campaign and content performance analysing data and identifying areas for improvement
Essential Criteria
* 2+ years' experience in a marketing, project coordination, or campaign delivery role
* Experience coordinating multiple projects and working to deadline
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Experience supporting marketing campaigns across digital and print channel
* Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
* Working knowledge of content management systems and email marketing platform
* Experience working with external suppliers, designers, or production partners
