Your Mission
* Partner with the CTO to influence product strategy, technical direction, and engineering culture.
* Lead the design and development of core platform features and new products.
* Make technical decisions that ensure the system is scalable, secure, and performant.
* Be hands-on, writing clean, maintainable React code, setting the standard for frontend excellence.
* Solve complex challenges around scale, data, and integrations.
* Work closely with product and design to deliver impactful solutions quickly and iteratively.
* Introduce tools, technologies, and practices that keep the frontend stack modern and efficient.
Who You Are
* An experienced React Developer with a strong foundation in modern engineering practices.
* Comfortable in SaaS or high-growth tech environments.
* Skilled in automated testing, TDD, CI/CD, and building scalable, maintainable software.
* Excited by problem-solving and taking ownership of the solutions you build.
* Curious, adaptable, and always keen to learn new technologies as the platform evolves.
