Job Details
* Salary: £31,537 per annum
* Pension: 8% (subject to a 2% employee contribution)
* Hours: 37 hours per week
* Holidays: 37 days per annum, including Bank Holidays and fixed days
* Closing Date: Friday 5th June 2026 at 5pm
* Interview Date: W/c 15th June 2026
Role Purpose
We are looking for a person who possesses good client service skills with a legal background to advise clients on employment and/or discrimination issues. The role will primarily support clients with their discrimination and/or employment issues, providing advice on all aspects of the legal process up to Tribunal/Court. Limited case work and representation may be possible in the future. This is an excellent opportunity to gain “real‑world” advisory experience.
Responsibilities
* Advise clients on employment and discrimination matters throughout the legal process up to Tribunal/Court.
* Provide client service via phone, e‑mail, video link, in person and at outreach venues.
* Support clients with discrimination and/or employment issues, including case preparation.
* Represent clients in limited case work where appropriate.
Qualifications
* Legal background with a focus on employment and discrimination law is preferred.
* Good communication and client service skills.
* Ability to deliver services by phone, e‑mail, video link, in person and at outreach venues.
* Experience in employment and discrimination matters is ideal; applicants with skills in other legal areas will also be considered.
