This is an opportunity for an experienced Account Director (or a strong Senior Account Manager ready to step up) to play a key role in running day-to-day client relationships, shaping strategic marketing activity, and delivering impactful campaigns across a varied portfolio.You’ll work closely with senior leadership while owning the operational and strategic delivery for several high-profile clients, balancing business-as-usual activity with exciting, project-based work. The environment is collaborative, personable, and ambitious — ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on agency role.THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead the day-to-day management of key client accounts, acting as the main point of contactTranslate client objectives into clear, strategic briefs and delivery plansPresent scopes of work, project plans, and recommendations to clients, gaining buy-in and approvalOversee delivery of campaigns across creative, data, and technical teamsManage a mix of BAU activity and short-term, fast-turnaround projectsSupport data-driven campaign strategy, including loyalty and CRM initiativesIdentify opportunities to add value, grow accounts, and improve client outcomesEnsure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standardYOUR SKILLS:Experience at Account Director level.Background in data-led marketing, digital, or CRM-adjacent work (pure CRM experience not essential)Proven experience working with large, well-known brandsStrong strategic thinking with the ability to get under the skin of a client’s businessConfident presenter, able to clearly articulate ideas and recommendations to senior stakeholdersComfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment with shifting prioritiesPersonable, proactive, and collaborative — someone clients and colleagues enjoy working withExperience managing or mentoring team membersHOW TO APPLY:Apply by sending your CV to Joe by the link below
