The Role
* Own and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta
* Drive customer acquisition through creative, audience and funnel testing
* Work closely with content teams to develop high‑performing creative
* Analyse performance data and optimise against CPA and ROAS
* Manage budgets and scale what’s working efficiently
About You
* Strong hands‑on Meta Ads experience
* Data‑driven with a strong commercial mindsetComfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
* Ecommerce or consumer brand experience is a plus
