Join us as a Data Analyst

* Manage complex internal and external stakeholder relationships, ensuring delivery aligns with customer and business needs.
* Work from home some of the time; spend one day each week at our Birmingham, Edinburgh, Manchester, Rotherham, or Southend on Sea office.
What you'll do
As a Data Analyst, you’ll support the execution of our data strategy, along with our journeys backlog to improve the end‑to‑end customer journey, including identifying opportunities and providing your expertise. On top of this, you’ll be delivering, consolidating and automating all business performance and proposition activities that keep the customer journey running seamlessly.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities:
* Support all data transformation activities.
* Design, execute, and review ad‑hoc data projects.
* Monitor activity across the journeys portfolio and actively identify opportunities.
* Understand potential changes and translate them to business processes to establish needed changes or improvements.
The skills you'll need
You’ll be an experienced data analyst with an understanding of retail banking products. Additionally, you’ll have knowledge of critical Agile capabilities and ways of working.
We’ll also expect
* Experience driving and delivering innovative ideas through Agile ways of working.
* Proven ability to adapt to quickly changing environments.
* Strong demonstrable experience of SQL and SAS.
* Awareness of data governance.
* Experience using business analysis tools and methodologies, in particular Excel, Tableau, Snowflake, and Python.
* Knowledge of developing business and technical architectures.
