I'm working with an NHS Trust in the South East, who is seeking a skilled Change Manager to steer the implementation of Electronic Patient Records (EPR). This pivotal role is a 6-month contract, positioned outside of IR35.
The Trust is searching for an individual with a robust background in EPR systems, demonstrating a track record of successful change management within complex healthcare environments. Your expertise will be the cornerstone in navigating the Trust through this period of digital transformation, requiring a blend of technical acumen and exceptional people skills.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in leading EPR implementations within healthcare settings in a Change role.
- Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive project deliverables.
- Adept at problem-solving and decision-making in high-pressure situations.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in change management or related fields.
