Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the planning and delivery of structural steel and engineering projects from award to completion
* Manage budgets, programmes, resources, and project documentation
* Coordinate internal teams, site managers, fabrication teams, and subcontractors
* Ensure all works meet safety, quality, and technical specifications
* Chair progress meetings and provide clear reporting to senior management and clients
* Oversee change control, variations, procurement, and risk management
* Maintain strong client relationships and ensure expectations are met throughout project lifecycle
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager within structural steel, engineering, or construction
* Strong understanding of steel fabrication, erection, cladding, and site operations
* Excellent communication and leadership skills across multidisciplinary teams
* Ability to manage budgets, programmes, and commercial elements
* Strong knowledge of H&S legislation, CDM, and quality processes
* Full driving licence and willingness to travel locally
