Work
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you'll do at work
* Plan and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, email, PPC and general marketing campaigns.
* Develop creative and engaging content aligned to client brand guidelines across multiple formats – social posts, email copy, web content, and more.
* Assist in the execution, monitoring, and optimisation of paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms.
* Support website updates and on-page SEO to improve visibility and search engine performance.
* Design and deliver targeted email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot or Klaviyo
* Support client communications, contributing to strategy discussions and campaign reporting.
* Monitor KPIs, compile digital marketing reports, and provide insights to drive campaign improvements.
* Prepare professional presentations, marketing plans, and client-facing documents.

Training schedule
As a Multi-Channel Marketer apprentice, you will work under the guidance of your marketing team to support the planning, creation and evaluation of marketing campaigns across various digital channels and social media platforms.
Your role will primarily consist of creating online and offline marketing strategies, targeted campaigns, and written and visual content designed to support customers down the marketing funnel, increase brand authority, and drive revenue.
Throughout your time as a Multi-Channel Marketer apprentice, you will develop critical skills in content creation, search engine optimisation, social media management, and web design, and learn to utilise the industry’s most used analytical tool – Google Analytics 4.
