With a strong reputation for craftsmanship and customer service, we deliver tailored solutions and professional installations that make spaces work more efficiently and more effectively while enhancing the look and longevity.As a growing business, we are now looking for another Blind Installer to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working Monday to Friday with flexible start and finish times between 7:00am and 3:30pm.The Benefits- Salary of up to £45,000 per annum (Depending on Experience)- Discretionary Bonus Scheme- Van and modern tools and equipment- 20 days' annual leave plus Bank Holidays- Supportive team environment- Opportunity for career progression- Job security with an established, growing companyThis is a fantastic opportunity for a practical, customer-focused professional with experience working within trade, construction or installation environments to join our respected and growing business.Youll be fully equipped to excel, with all the tools and product training youll need, alongside a supportive, friendly environment where youll discover plenty of opportunities to progress and the job security that is vital in todays market.Whats more, with flexible start and finish times, quality equipment provided, and long-term stability within an expanding company, this is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding long-term career.The RoleAs a Blind Installer, you will take on a skilled role helping create inspiring, restful, beautiful spaces through installing blinds, curtains and cubicle tracks.Working within healthcare and commercial environments, you will combine expert fitting services with great customer experiences to promote repeat business alongside great workmanship.Specifically, youll be involved in every aspect of an installation, from the moment you arrive, fully prepared for day one of a project, until handover to happy customers who feel secure in our reputation for quality and service.From time-to-time, youll undertake pre-installation assessments and measurements, youll collect and organise everything you need in terms of products, tools and consumables, and youll troubleshoot any challenges, implementing resolutions that meet everyones needs.About YouTo be considered as a Blind Installer, you will need:- Practical experience within trades, installation, maintenance, fit-out or other hands-on environments- Strong problem-solving skills with a practical mindset and the ability to adapt to challenges on site- Demonstrable ability to deliver high standards of workmanship and customer service- Demonstrate practical ability across all tools, fixings and installation equipment- Ability to read technical drawings and installation specifications- A full, valid driving licenceOther organisations may call this role Window Blind Fitter, Curtain Installer, Commercial Installer, Fitter, or Window Dressing Installer.
