We are now looking to recruit a new Development Director to join our management team to help drive our growth ambitions in 2026 and beyond. TLP’s vision and mission is to empower people to improve their lives within our communities and in the years ahead, to realise our growth potential.
The Role
Reporting to the Chief Executive the Development Director will align their passion with our mission and values to drive our team to achieve all performance and quality targets whilst ensuring the delivery service meets the needs of the participating individuals. You will inspire others through your leadership skills and capability to enhance team and participant positive outcomes.
