The Role
We are excited to announce an opportunity to join the Directorate for Students Team as an Enrichment Team Member on a casual basis. This role is essential in supporting the development and delivery of a vibrant enrichment programme, helping students broaden their experiences, gain new skills, and engage fully in college life. You will be part of a dynamic team working closely with the Personal Development Coordinator to create inclusive activities that enhance the student experience across B&FC.
We have two casual roles available.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
2. Designing, preparing, and facilitating a range of engaging enrichment activities in collaboration with the Personal Development Coordinator.
3. Actively promoting the enrichment offer to boost student participation and engagement across B&FC.
4. Ensuring workshops are well-organised, fully resourced, safe, and accessible to all students.
5. Tracking attendance, gathering feedback, and supporting continuous improvement of the enrichment programme.
6. Representing and promoting enrichment activities at open days, enrolment, and college events.
7. Keeping your knowledge and skills current through ongoing professional development.
