Senior Principal Consultant - Ophthalmology and Audiology Location: Nottingham
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (Flexible DOE) + Monthly Bonus and Benefits
Employment Type: Full-Time - Tuesday to Saturday: 09:00 - 17:30
Compass Associates are proud to be working in partnership with a luxury Opticians, a stylish, award-winning independent optical practice located in Nottingham’s thriving professional quarter. Established in 2008, this practice is known for its patient-led approach, cutting-edge technology, and hand-selected, fashion-forward eyewear.
We are seeking a qualified Dispensing Optician to join their dynamic front-of-house team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about optics, fashion, and exceptional service. Whether you’re newly qualified or an experienced Optical Assistant looking to complete your DO course, this forward-thinking practice will support your professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver personalised styling and dispensing consultations
Work with a wide range of lens manufacturers to meet diverse patient needs, including vision therapy, tints, and sportswear
Participate in social media and patient engagement activities
Support and contribute to the continuous development of the practice
Candidate Requirements:
Qualified Dispensing Optician (newly qualified or experienced)
Opportunity for an Experienced Optical Assistant to undertake Dispensing Optician course
A keen interest in eyewear trends and fashion styling
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, enthusiastic team player
