Sales Manager
Location: Sheffield (UK),
Salary: £70,000 base + commission
The Role
We are seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead business development across the UK and Nordic markets. This role focuses on selling advanced technology solutions into engineering and manufacturing-led organisations. You will take ownership of the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business opportunities and manage existing accounts.
* Deliver against agreed sales targets and growth objectives.
* Build strong relationships with technical and senior decision-makers.
* Develop tailored proposals and present value-led solutions.
* Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting in CRM.
About You
* Proven track record in B2B solution sales (software, SaaS, consulting or technology).
* Strong relationship management and communication skills.
* Comfortable engaging with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
* Fluent English (written and spoken) – additional European languages a bonus.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
