Position: Level 2 Nursery Practitioner
Hours: 30 hours per week (Tuesday-Thursday, All year round)

Your Role as a Nursery Practitioner
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in our children’s development. Your responsibilities will include:
* Meeting each child’s individual needs while delivering high-quality care and education in a safe environment.
* Planning and implementing engaging early years activities that cater to each child’s learning and development.
* Collaborating with a professional team, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
* Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
* Conducting risk assessments and reporting health and safety matters to management.
* Supporting the holistic development of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

What You Need to Succeed
To thrive in this role, you should have:
* A full and relevant Level 2 childcare qualification (essential).
* Fluency in written and spoken English (essential).
* Over 1 year of experience working in Early Years (desirable).
* Knowledge of the Statutory Framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements (desirable).
